FIRST TIME APPOINTMENTS:
Please arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and history.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Appointment times begin promptly, so to get the full scheduled treatment
, unless other arrangements are made, please refrain from tardiness.
However, because life happens, in the event of unplanned tardiness,
every effort will be made to give you your entire session time. The
entire fee will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING:
If the need to cancel or reschedule arises, as a courtesy, please
provide a 24 hour notice so that someone who is waiting may fill your
slot.
PAYMENT:
Is accepted in Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards. A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks.
